Once your bag is crafted, please allow up to 12 working days for it to be shipped. After that, you can expect your order to arrive within a total of up to 21 days. This timeframe reflects our careful production process and our commitment to quality and sustainability. Thank you for your patience.
How can I clean my Raiia bag?
We suggest using a cloth damp with water to wipe your bag. You can hand wash the bag, but we suggest using a mild cleaner like hand soap (no heavy detergents).
Why is my bag out of stock?
We hand-select every color, print, and pattern that's used to craft each Raiia bag. When we receive an order, we work to source these delightful prints as soon as we can. To cut down on waste, we don't stock large quantities of fabric in advance, which means some styles may show up as "out of stock" when you come to our store.
Will my product be exactly the same as the one displayed in the photos?
While we strive for consistency in our designs, each product you receive will be uniquely yours. Block prints are a perfectly imperfect art form, where every pattern tells its own story. Fabrics with a running pattern are cut at different points, resulting in slight variations that reflect the beauty of this craft.

I noticed loose threads on my bag. Is this normal?
Each Raiia bag is handcrafted by skilled artisans using machine‑stitching and hand‑finishing techniques.
Because of this careful human touch, small stitching irregularities or loose threads can occasionally occur — and we see these as part of what makes every piece truly unique.
If you notice a few loose threads, don’t worry — this won’t affect your bag’s quality or durability. We recommend gently trimming them with a small pair of scissors for a neat finish.
Why am I being charged USD at checkout?
For your convenience, we display prices in your local currency, and you can view them in any currency using the button in the bottom right corner. However, checkout is processed in US dollars, as we are an international website. Rest assured, the amount charged will be the same as what you saw in your currency.
