At Raiia, we take pride in our commitment to the principles of slow fashion. Each bag is crafted with care and attention to detail only after an order is placed, which helps reduce waste and ensures that you receive a unique, high-quality item that aligns with your values.

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders, except select remote locations like Mauritius, where premium delivery is available at a flat fee of INR 1,000.

Countries We Ship To
We currently offer shipping only to the following countries: Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Republic of Korea, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mauritius, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, UAE, UK, USA, Vietnam. Shipping Timeframe
For international deliveries, once your bag is crafted, please allow up to 12 working days for it to be shipped. You can expect your goods to arrive within a total of up to 21 days, reflecting our meticulous production process and commitment to quality and sustainability.*

For domestic deliveries, please allow up to 15 days for delivery after your one-of-a-kind piece is crafted.

*While we do our best to provide accurate shipping estimates, international delivery times can be influenced by factors outside our control, such as customs clearance, carrier delays, and current tariff regulations. As such, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates for international orders.

Customs and Duties
Please be aware that any customs fees or import duties imposed by your country are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the customer. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, VAT, customs duties, and handling fees as determined by your local customs authority. We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on potential charges that may apply to your order.

Important Notice for US Customers:
Due to evolving tariff regulations, shipments to the United States may incur additional customs duties and processing delays. These fees are determined by US Customs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
